Khartoum — The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ali Karti, has left for India to convey a written message from the President of the Republic, Field Marshal Omer Al-Bashir, to the Indian Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan SinghThe spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Khalid Musa, said in statement to the press Tuesday that the visit came within the framework of the tours the minister launched as an envoy of the President of the Republic in the regional and international arenas to explain Sudan stances and to mobilize the necessary support in the context of the Sudan external movementsHe said that the message deals with the bilateral relations, the peace progress as well as Sudan issues in the international forums and concerning the ICC issueMusa affirmed that the minister would meet during with his Indian counterpart and the Vice President.
