Luanda — The latest book of lawyer Lazarino Pulson, entitled “As Parcerias Público-Privadas na Arte de Governar”, that portrays the ways the State contracts private operators was presented this Saturday, here, by editing house, Casa das Ideias.
According to Lazarino Pulson, the Government is implementing public-private partnership for being an auxiliary model of financing the country’s development, and the book tries to clarify the situation.
The author states that the book comes to give an answer to a challenge that was made during the Bill of Public-Private Partnership, where he participated as a consultant of the government.
With 300 pages, the book is an edition of Angolan editor Casa das Ideias.
Lazarino dos Martires Poulson has already published books like “Pensar Direito I” (2007), “Pensar Direito II” (2008), “Pensar Direito III” (2009), “A Justiça Administrativa Angolana (co-author with lawyer Carlos Feijó), in 2008 and “As Autarquias Locais as well as
Autoridades Tradicionais no Direito Angolano (2008).
