Harlequins give a debut to loan signing Lee Mitchell, who takes the place of forward Ben Bolger, while prop Danny Ward is back from injury.
But the Londoners are without captain Rob Purdham, injured during last Friday night’s 26-26 draw with Castleford.
Catalan Dragons coach Trent Robinson has to decide whether to give fit-again Thomas Bosc a first game of the season after naming an unchanged 19-man squad.
But the Dragons are still without half a dozen players through injury.
Darryl Millard, Clint Greenshields, Jamal Fakir, Vincent Duport, Lopini Paea and Cyrille Gossard are all still missing.
Quins have won their last three Super League matches against the Catalans.
The Dragons’ last win was at Stade Gilbert Brutus in 19 July 2009 when they won 38-16.
