Dondo — Staff of the administration of Kambambe district in the northern Kwanza Norte province are attending as from Tuesday in Dondo locality a technical workshop on rural development and fight against poverty.
The 15-day seminar is being promoted by the provincial government of Kwanza Norte province.
The event is being attended by communal administrators and their deputies, technicians of agriculture and officials in charge of various departments of the local administration of Kambambe.
The workshop is part of the programme of the provincial government and it is aimed at reinforcing the institutional capability of the municipal administrations.
The participants are discussing themes such as “procedures of public services”, “Management of administrative and financial procedures”, as well as “Management of land concession processes” and “Management of planning processes of the Public Investments Programme (PIP).
