AC Milan risk losing Ghana midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng for this weekend’s clash with Bari in the Serie A.
Head coach Massimiliano Allegri decided to field him in Wednesday’s goalless stalemate with Tottenham Hotspur in Uefa Champions League at the White Hart Lane.
Boateng suffered a sprain to his right ankle in the trip to Juventus last week but despite being a serious doubt, he passed a late fitness test.
With Mark Van Bommel set to return to the Milan starting line-up, Boateng will be rested to allow him fully recover from his ankle problems.
