Ghana midfielder Sulley Muntari looks to
have snubbed the chance of a move to
Sunderland.
The Inter Milan ace is unsettled at the
Italian Serie A side who are keen to
send him out on loan.
With Muntari’s availability, Sunderland
expressed their interest in signing the
Ghanaian but Muntari insists he only
wants to play for a London club.
“If I have to leave Inter Milan, I’ll go
to London,” he told the Italian media.
“That is the only possibility.”
Muntari, who has been strongly linked
with a move to Tottenham alongside his
former Pompey boss Harry Redknapp,
insists he would only move to London if
he joined another English club.
