Prince Tagoe to stay at Hoffenheim

    Ghana striker Prince Tagoe will remain at Bundesliga side TSG Hoffenheim after being linked with a move away from the club this January.
    Tagoe enjoyed insufficient playing time under the departed coach Ralf Rangnick was expected to move this month.
    Rangnick wanted the club to farm him out to Nuremburg but club chairman Peter Hoffman disagreed and wanted him to stay on and fight for a place.
    Tagoe had no place in the Hoffenheim starting set-up and was down the pecking order in the striking department.
    The 24-year-old moved to the Rhein-Neckar-Arena in the summer of 2009 and has failed to meet to expectations.
