South African rapper Big Zulu has taken to social media to call out a social media imposter who has stolen his identity on social media. The star has warned his over half a million followers about the fake account under his name.
Taking to his Instagram account the star pleaded with his followers to block all those accounts. “Nkabi Nation Kunomuntu la ovule Instagram osebenzisa igama lam nesthombe sami ubusy inbox abantu please block this acc it’s not me Ngiyabonga,” he wrote.
This translates as “Nkabi Nation Someone here has opened Instagram using my name and photo and is busy inboxing people please block this acc it’s not me. Thank you.”
Activist Lerato Sengadi responded: “This person added me yesterday… thought it’s a fan page or something…gonna block now.”
Meanwhile, Big Zulu has bagged himself a South African Music Awards nomination again this year. He is nominated for the Best Collaboration for his hit song Mali Eningi featuring Ricky Rick and Intaba Yase Dubai.
Speaking about Mali Eningi, Big Zulu told Daily Sun that the song was inspired by the challenges faced by black people.
“When I wrote that song, I was looking at situations that black people go through and saw that doing the song alone is not enough. I decided to help families that need help because I have a bit to share,” he shared.
