A 26-year-old woman sent to court after an allegation of fraud from the National Lottery Fund
She appeared before the Palm Ridge Specialised Commercial court and this was contained in a recent statement released from the South African Police Service
The statement clearly indicated that the case was been postponed

GAUTENG – A 26-year-old woman, Mukondeleli Tshivule appeared in the Palm Ridge Specialised Commercial Court yesterday on fraud-related allegations involving over R1.5 million allegedly stolen from the National Lotteries Funds.
Hawks’ Serious Commercial Crime Investigation in Johannesburg discovered through their investigations that Tshivule is allegedly one of the signatories for the bank account opened at a Louis Trichardt ABSA branch which allegedly received over R1.5 million applied for by a non-profit organisation, The Message in 2018.
Further investigation revealed that Tshivule, who is the niece to one of the co-accused, Chistopher Tshivule (46), Doctor Tumisang Victor Makweya, also known as Dr Tumi (39), his wife Kgaogelo Sara Makweya (36) and Thomas Ndadza (48) allegedly submitted altered grant application documents to the National Lotteries Board for approval of funds on projects in 2018.
Tshivule handed herself in at the Hawks office in Johannesburg accompanied by her attorney and was subsequently charged for fraud.
The court granted Tshivule an R2000-00 bail and the case was adjourned to Wednesday, 26 May 2021 for docket disclosure where she will be joining her co-accused who has since been released on bail. Investigation continues.”
