The game Fortnite has been offline since Tuesday afternoon (01). Users cannot open the battle royale or enter the lobby (where players prepare for matches).
The issue was acknowledged by the game’s developer, Epic Games, at 18:12. At the time of publishing this news, there is no official forecast for the game to return to the air.
We’re investigating an issue preventing players from connecting to Fortnite services including logging in, matchmaking, or being asked to update the game.

According to the official website of Epic Games, no other game from the company has problems, as Rocket League or Fall Guys. The Epic Games Store is also working normally.

The servers crash happens minutes after the company reveals that Fortnite will receive new skins from DJ Marshmello. Another factor that may have influenced the problem is the preparation for the arrival of Fundação, a character from The Rock, scheduled to take place this Wednesday (2), at 11 am.
