“Criminal, completely irresponsible”, qualified Tim Clark, president of Emirates, one of the airlines that canceled flights in the US, astonished to discover that the newly installed US 5G network interferes with on-board devices that operate at a close frequency. The aviation chaos is not expected to extend to the European Union, which has been careful to establish that 5G has to operate in a lower frequency band.
