Former Minerva Punjab FC owner, Ranjit Bajaj has lodged a complaint with the National Commission of Women (NCW) against All India Football Federation (AIFF) general secretary Kushal Das, besides writing to FIFA and AFC’s ethics committees regarding his allegations that Das had sexually harassed employees at the workplace.
Bajaj who sold Minerva Punjab in 2020 after owning it for seven years had recently claimed that there were “two cases of molestation of employees at workplace” against Kushal Das and that the head of the committee which deals with sexual harassment complaints at the AIFF was “forced by president Praful Patel to bury the report”.
The entrepreneur has now requested the world football governing body, FIFA and the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) to investigate the charges while also questioning the AIFF has not yet contacted him and asked for evidence despite his allegations against Das.

“The complaint has been registered by NCW and a case officer has also been applied to me who I have to contact after its preliminary inquiry is completed. The case officer is always for assistance at any time,” Bajaj said as quoted by Mid-day.
AIFF for their part have refuted allegations made against Das with the Federation’s integrity officer recently clearing him of alleged “sexual assault” and “molestation” at the workplace charges – with the officer calling such allegations as “frivolous and devoid of truth” in his report.
