Next season, Manchester United are expected to implement some changes within the club. First of all, the current interim coach, Ralf Rangnick should integrate the sports management while the Dutch manager Erik Ten Hag should sit on the bench of the Red Devils.
Other things should also change since according to The Athletic, the club has announced that it is parting with the club’s two main recruiters, Jim Lawlor and Marcel Bout, who have been with the club since 2005 and 2014 respectively. These two departures suggest that the future manager will have greater decision-making power than his predecessors in recruitment.
