A Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos State, has sentenced one Olukeye Adedayo Olalekan to 76 years in prison after finding him guilty of multiple offences including child pornography, cyberstalking, money laundering, and fraud.
INFORMATION NIGERIA learnt that Olalekan was arraigned by Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, over the weekend, on an 18-count charge, and his conviction followed conclusive evidence presented by the prosecution.
Presiding over the case, Justice Alexander Owoeye held that EFCC had proven beyond reasonable doubt that the defendant engaged in the alleged criminal acts.

According to the anti-graft agency, the convict exploited Instagram platform by creating a group titled “Expose Janjua Robin Nudes,” which he used to distribute explicit materials involving minors.

One of the charges stated that on February 13, 2023, within Lagos jurisdiction, Olalekan, also known by hrm87, charlotte708, and harlilott_716, intentionally used Instagram to create a group, aimed at circulating child pornography, thereby violating sections of Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, Etc.) Act, 2015.
Upon delivering judgment, Justice Owoeye found Olalekan guilty on all 18 counts.
The court imposed a two-year sentence each on counts one through four relating to procuring and distributing child pornography, and cyberstalking.
For counts five to fourteen, which involved the retention and concealment of proceeds from fraud, the judge imposed four years per count, with no option of fine.
On counts fifteen through eighteen, relating to obtaining property under false pretences, Olalekan received a sentence of seven years imprisonment per count, also without the option of fine.
