Yinka Theisen, the estranged wife of Nollywood actor Linc Edochie, has reacted following the news of him finding love again.
Kemi Filani reported that Linc, via his Facebook page, hinted at finding love, stating that he was about to spend some time with his woman. He, however, didn’t say who she was nor has he introduced her to his followers and internet in-laws.
Reacting to it via her Facebook page, Yinka expressed happiness that his new wife is local and he isn’t using her for a green card, like her. She told him to enjoy himself, noting how life is short and his ‘gbola’ needs it.
“Hehehehehe, good for you, Linc! At least she is local & you are not using her to get a green card. Enjoy, my darling. Life is short & your gbola needs it.
Brown Sugar is mega happy for you.
I know this was meant for me, so I have responded”.
In another post, Yinka made it clear that she has moved on from him, noting that they are not compatible. The US citizen said she hopes he finds a woman suited for him.
She took a swipe at him for proposing to a woman after only knowing her for three months. Yinka noted how he falls in love quickly and is seeking commitment and love.
“The fact that I tell my story about Linc does not mean I have not moved on. Linc & I were not compatible & I hope he finds a woman suited for him. That is what I wish for him. I know he wants to settle down. Only a man who wants to settle down would propose to a woman after knowing her for only three months. 🤪 If it weren’t for an American passport, as he said & he really loved me, he would fall in love quickly. A man like that is seeking commitment & love”.
Yinka married Linc in June 2025 and immediately began publicly showing love to Yul Edochie and Judy Austin, a move that did not go down well with supporters of May Edochie.
In June, Linc had distanced himself from Yinka following her attacks on May Edochie. He made it known that he doesn’t endorse May’s attacks or posting her number online, which had triggered meaningless retaliation. Yul’s elder brother added that it was better to be alone and at peace than to be in a union filled with landmines.
Reacting to his public statement, Yinka expressed sadness at how a man she loves can throw her under the bus over an argument because of fear. Yinka added that since he cowardly embarrassed her on social media, she will respond in kind.
