Comedian Ekene Clinton Egbuna, popularly known as Klintoncod, has called out Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin, founder of Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry, accusing him of deceiving his followers by marketing what he described as fraudulent miracle items.
In a video shared on Instagram, Klintoncod described the clergyman as a disgrace to Christianity, asserting that if the law were properly upheld, he would either be behind bars or placed in a psychiatric institution.
The comedian challenged the authenticity of the cleric’s calling, likening him to a scammer. He claimed that the preacher’s conduct has led many to abandon their faith.

He also took a swipe at the congregation, describing them as gullible and questioning how they could regard the pastor with any seriousness.
Klintoncod said, “Are we going to continue pretending that this man, Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin, is not a nuisance to Christianity? Right now as I speak to you he is probably defrauding a lot of stupid people. This guy calls himself a man of God but I don’t think he is. I don’t think there is a difference between him and someone who has ended up in jail for fraud.
“This guy goes around selling items, telling people if you buy whatever items he sells God will work miracles for you. Now he went and packaged sand in a nylon, sealed it and put his face on it, now he said if you buy this sand God will help you build a house and a whole bunch of stupid people are attending his church listening to him when he is speaking they will be standing up calling him ‘Papa’.
“Tinubu or APC is not our problem, Nigerians are actually very stupid. This guy is part of the reason some people stopped going to church. If it was in a sane society this guy would be in jail or in a mental institution,” he said.
