Nollywood actress Bimbo Ademoye is celebrating her father as he marks birthday.
Taking to her Instagram page to share a goofy video of him, Bimbo stated that there is nothing she wouldn’t do for family. The AMVCA actress described her father as her hero, lifeline, best friend, protector, and projector. She stated that in her next life, she would still choose him.
Bimbo appreciated her father for sacrificing everything for them, pouring so much love into them, teaching them strength and resilience, and always lending a helping hand. Affirming her love for him, she wished him a happy birthday.
“It ain’t nothing I wouldn’t do for family. Happy birthday to my hero, my lifeline, best bestfriend, protector, and projector. In my next life, I’d still choose you. Thank you for sacrificing it all for us. Thank you for pouring so much love into us to the point where all we know how to give is love and kindness. Thank you for teaching us strength and resilience, the spirit of never giving up, to always be ready to work for it, to always give back and to always lend a helping hand. I could write on and on, but a whole book would never be enough. Happy birthday, my heart. I love you, Dad! We love you so much. Even my cyber family loves you, Dada. So I’m saying happy birthday to you on their behalf”.
Some months back, Bimbo said a powerful prayer for her father. She described her father as her safe place and shared her conversation with him, and his greatest advice to her. Sending a message to God, she prayed that He keep her father alive, even though he is old and grey.
In June 2024, Bimbo showered her father with heartfelt tributes as he celebrated his birthday. She showered him with accolades and recounted his impact on her life morally, career, and emotionally. Ademoye said her father had set a standard that she was not sure her future husband could match up to.
Recall that when Bimbo won the Best Actress at AMVCA, she took her award to her father, as she recounted how he took her to her first audition and waited for 6hours till she was done. Bimbo noted how the hood produced all the characters that she had blessed her fans with.
