A female suspected member of the dreaded Badoo group was nabbed in Imota town which is located in the Ikorodu area of Lagos. According to report, the incident happened on Monday, July 17 when the yet-to-be-named woman was caught with charm and a grinding stone.
It was the timely intervention of the police that prevented her from being killed as the mob was bent on causing great harm to her.
The police managed to take her away to their station before she was greatly injured. Meanwhile, an attack by a suspected member of the dreaded Badoo group was averted in Ikorodu area of Lagos on Friday July 14.
A Facebook page dedicated to residents of Ikorodu said the cultists had planned to launch an attack on Eyita Diasi Okeowo Street in Ikorodu.
It was gathered that cloth and mortar was found in the location where the cultist hid in an uncompleted building in the area.
