This is to invite all candidates who chose the university of benin (uniben) as their first and second choice of university and who scored 200 and above in the april, 2009 university matriculation examination (ume) conducted by jamb to the university of benin (uniben) post jamb/post ume screening exercise. The university of benin (uniben) post jamb/post ume screening exercise would take place in the university of benin (uniben) at 9.00 a.m between tuesday 7th july 2009 and friday 10th july 2009. Candidates for the university of benin (uniben) post jamb/post ume screening should be at their assigned venues at 7.30 a.m prompt.
NOTE: Candidates for the university of benin (uniben) post ume/post jamb are expected to come along with their writing materials (HB pencils and erasers) for the university of benin (uniben) post ume/post jamb registration exercise. Gsm phones and calculators are not allowed during the university of benin (uniben) post ume/post jamb .
Eligible candidates for the university of benin (uniben) post ume/post jamb will be screened for knowledge in the following sections.
Section A: English language
Section B: general paper: This will entail screening of candidates knowledge in subject areas relating to course of study.
SALE OF SCRATCH CARDS Sale of scratch cards for the university of benin (uniben) post jamb/post ume will commence on thursday, 11th june 2009 and close on saturday 27th june 2009
METHOD OF REGISTRATION:
A. Eligible candidates for the university of benin (uniben) post ume/post jamb screening are expected to purchase a scratch care of N2000.00 (two thousand Naira only) from any of the branches of the following banks in benin city, asaba, warri, auchi, lagos, abuja, enugu, kano and port-harcourt: first bank, access bank, intercontinental bank, wema bank, unity bank, united bank for africa, fidelity bank, bank PHB and zenith bank plc. The university of benin post ume past questions and answers are also available, candidates are advised to get a copy of the past questions to help the prepare.
