Adjei was originally from Accra, Ghana, and spent several years living in Worcester, Massachusetts, before joining the US Army.

He joined the US Military Academy at West Point in June 2024 and served in the Department of Military Instruction Accession Division. In that capacity, he was involved in training and preparing cadets for their military careers.

Among his responsibilities was teaching the MS100 course. He also represented several Army branches, including Quartermaster, Transportation, Ordnance and Explosive Ordnance Disposal.
