Linda Mwananchi Leader Survives Night Road Accident After Car Hit From Behind By Government Vehicle

Kitutu Masaba Member of Parliament, Hon. Clive Ombane Gisairo, escaped unhurt after being involved in a road accident on Monday night in Kikuyu, near Nairobi.

The incident occurred at around 8 p.m. when his newly acquired Toyota Landcruiser was hit from behind by a GK vehicle belonging to the provincial administration.

Witnesses reported that the collision caused panic among motorists along the busy road, but quick response from police officers helped restore order.

The MP, who is a key member of the Linda Mwananchi movement, was confirmed safe shortly after the accident.

His aides reassured supporters that he did not sustain any injuries and was able to continue with his evening engagements.

Traffic officers at the scene recorded statements from both drivers and inspected the vehicles involved.

Authorities have since launched investigations to establish the circumstances that led to the crash.

Hon. Gisairo, who has been actively engaging citizens through the Linda Mwananchi initiative, is known for championing accountability and grassroots dialogue.

His survival has been welcomed with relief by supporters in Nyamira and beyond, many of whom took to social media to express gratitude that he was unharmed.

Both cars were towed to a police station pending further procedures.

Investigations are ongoing, and officials have promised to release a detailed report once findings are complete.
