Troops rescue missing 19-year-old herder in Plateau

Troops of Operation Enduring Peace (OPEP), have rescued a 19-year-old herder who was reported missing while grazing livestock at Shen village in Jos South Local Government Area of Plateau State.Security analyst Zagazola Makama, in a post on X, quoted security sources as saying that the incident occurred at about 12:30 am on September 27, 2026, following a report that the herder had gone missing while grazing in the community.
