Police arrest two men over suspected illegal possession of diesel in Balaka

Police in Balaka District have arrested two men on suspicion of possessing diesel fuel without the required documentation.Balaka District Police spokesperson Gladson M’bumpha said one of the suspects, 38-year-old Shadreck Ali, was arrested at the Kangamkundi mining site.M’bumpha said Ali was found in possession of six containers containing approximately 240 litres of fuel, while three of his associates managed to escape.
