Man Reportedly Highjacked & Then Abducted By His Friends After Borrowing R180,000 Loan From Them

A 39-year-old man from Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal, was allegedly kidnapped, assaulted and hijacked by a group of men known to him following a dispute over an unpaid R180,000 loan.Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) was called on Wednesday, 23 September 2026, to assist in searching for the Ballito resident after he was allegedly taken from his home inside a gated estate.
