Just days before Bryson DeChambeau competes in his final LIV Golf event of the year, he announced on Monday that he will play at the Nedbank Golf Challenge in South Africa later this year.
DeChambeau posted a video on his social media channels alongside South Africa’s greatest golfer, 90-year-old Gary Player, who serves as the tournament host.

US President Donald Trump (R) speaks with US golfer Bryson DeChambeau (C) and South African retired golfer Gary Player (L) as they watch young student athletes participate in exercise activities on the South Lawn of the White House.
“I am absolutely delighted that Bryson will compete in this year’s Nedbank Golf Challenge,” said Player. “The South African crowds loved watching him play earlier this year, and it is wonderful to welcome him back to our incredible country.”
The Nedbank Golf Challenge will be held from Dec. 3-6 at Gary Player Country Club in the Northwest province of Sun City. Kristoffer Reitan is the defending champion. The tournament is co-sanctioned by the DP World Tour and Sunshine Tour.
