Ecobank Ghana has announced the discontinuation of six services as part of measures to streamline its operations.

The affected services include passport form sales, DVLA cash collections and the collection of US visa fees.

The bank has also discontinued offshore cheque clearing, foreign draft issuance and safe custody services.

In a notice to customers, Ecobank said it would guide affected customers towards alternative solutions where available.

Customers who require further assistance have been advised to contact the bank through its customer service channels or visit their nearest branch.

The changes mean customers who previously used Ecobank branches for some government-related payments, travel transactions and other specialised services will now have to seek alternative arrangements.

Ecobank did not indicate when the affected services would cease to be available.

Customers seeking information on alternative arrangements have been advised to contact the bank on 080003225 or visit a branch.
