However, the Senator did not disclose whether his late wife had been battling any illness before her sudden death, as messages of condolence continued to pour in.

The late Sekeiyan was the mother of Engine Kukaste Khalwale, who recently graduated as a Certified Full-Stack Software Engineer from Moringa School.

Linda Mwananchi principal, Edwin Sifuna, has led leaders in sending messages of condolence to Kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale following the passing of his wife.

“Omwami Khalwale, pole sana for your loss. May God comfort you and your family in this difficult time. Khulialala Omwami. May her soul rest in peace,” Sifuna said.

At the same time, National Assembly Budget and Appropriations Committee Chair Samuel Atandi has also sent his condolences to Khalwale and his family.

“Very sorry, Senator. May God comfort you and your family during this difficult time,” Atandi said.

Additionally, former Principal Secretary Irungu Nyakera also sent his condolences to Khalwale and his family.
