Dr Nana Ayew Afriye is the Member of Parliament for Effiduase-Asokore
The Ashanti Regional Constituency Youth Organisers of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) have honoured Member of Parliament for Effiduase/Asokore Dr Nana Ayew Afriye as their Patron in recognition of his support for the party and its youth wing.
The Constituency Youth Organisers, led by Regional Youth Organiser Martin Ameyaw, paid a courtesy visit to Dr Ayew Afriye to formally introduce their leadership and present him with a citation in appreciation of his financial support, commitment and dedication to the campaign of Dr Mahamudu Bawumia.
During the visit, the Youth Organisers announced their decision to make Dr Ayew Afriye their Patron, an honour he accepted.
As part of his continued support for the youth and the party, Dr Ayew Afriye presented GH¢100,000 as seed capital towards the Youth Organisers’ health welfare initiative.
He also encouraged the Youth Organisers to work diligently in their respective constituencies, strengthen the party’s grassroots structures and remain united and committed to the party’s efforts ahead of the 2028 general elections.
Dr Ayew Afriye stressed the importance of unity, commitment and hard work in achieving victory for Dr Mahamudu Bawumia in the 2028 elections.
He urged the youth organisers to remain focused and work together to strengthen the party at the grassroots level.
