Pres Ruto Steps Out With CS Murkomen And Governor Sang A Day After Charlene’s Wedding

President William Ruto has made his first public appearance a day after celebrating his daughter Charlene Ruto’s white wedding in Tanzania, where he was spotted spending time with senior government officials and their families.The Head of State was seen alongside Interior Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen, Governor Sang and their spouses during an engagement in Rock City.

The gathering came shortly after Charlene exchanged wedding vows with her partner, Isaya, in a ceremony that brought together family members, friends and several prominent guests.

Murkomen later shared details of the meeting through a social media post, expressing gratitude to President Ruto and First Lady Rachel Ruto for inviting him and his wife, Gladys, to celebrate the special occasion.

He described Charlene as their friend and said the opportunity to interact with the presidential couple after the wedding had left them encouraged.

According to the CS, the meeting provided an opportunity for them to share conversations and receive words of wisdom from the President and the First Lady.

Murkomen also revealed that the discussions touched on the importance of family and the responsibility of contributing to the country’s well-being.

“As we left Rock City this afternoon, we are inspired and encouraged to invest in our families and in the well-being of our Nation,” he stated.The Cabinet Secretary further extended his best wishes to the newlyweds, praying that they would continue building a strong family together.

He also asked God to bless Charlene and Isaya as they begin their journey as husband and wife.

The appearance offered a glimpse into the presidential family’s celebrations following the wedding, which attracted attention from Kenyans after photographs and videos of the event emerged online.
