I Realised That Talk Is Cheap But Action Is Loud, I’m Human, I’m Bound To Make Mistakes–Blessing CEO

According to a report by Daily Post on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, controversial relationship commentator Blessing CEO has apologised to Nigerians for earlier remarks about people’s hardships. She acknowledged that she had spoken insensitively about others’ pain on social media.

The apology followed a plea from her partner, IVD, who had asked his business associates, relatives and friends to forgive him after years of personal and professional difficulties.

In a lengthy statement posted on Instagram on Tuesday, Blessing CEO said her own circumstances had made her recognise the harm caused by careless comments about other people’s struggles.

She admitted making mistakes and said she was now confronting their emotional impact.

She added that her experiences had taught her that genuine empathy requires more than words—it must also be shown through actions.

Describing herself as emotionally shattered, she said the pain had made it difficult to hold on to her sense of identity.

She wrote, “I am realising that talk is cheap but action is loud. I’m only human, with blood flowing through my veins, so I’m bound to make mistakes.

“Every mistake comes at a cost, and I’m facing that cost through my tears. I feel so shattered that I’m beginning to lose myself. Please keep me in your prayers—I’m tired of praying alone.”

Her apology follows public scrutiny of her personal life and relationship with IVD, who recently also asked forgiveness from those affected by his past difficulties.
