On October 31, 2025, Justice Omotosho bin order INEC say make dem no recognise di outcome of di national convention wey bin hold for Ibadan, Oyo State, bicos di convention no follow di constitution of di PDP.
Also on November 14, 2025 Justice Peter Lifu give judgement say di PDP planned convention no go fit go ahead unless dem add di name of di former guvnor of Jigawa State Governor Sule Lamido as one of di candidates for di office oc national chairman.
Lamido bin file di suit for court say di organisers of di conventin bin remove im name from di contestants witout any good reason, and say dem deny am im rights as a legit member of di party.
Den, afta di convention, di new leadership of di PDP led by Turaki also go to court to order Inec to recognise dem, but Justice Uche Agomoh deny di request.
Di judge rule say Turaki and im team bin don disobey two former rulings of di high court, so dem no get. any justification to approach di court and ask for anything.
