Alfred Mutua Mourns Nation Africa Journalist Kitavi Mutua in Emotional Tribute

Labour Cabinet Secretary Alfred Mutua has joined Kenyans in mourning the death of Kitavi Mutua, a respected journalist working with Nation Africa who hailed from Kitui County.

In a condolence message shared on his official X account, Mutua described the late journalist as a dedicated professional whom he had the pleasure of knowing and interacting with through work.

The CS said he would fondly remember Kitavi for his commitment to journalism and the professional engagements they shared.

He noted that the journalist’s death was a great loss to his family, colleagues in the media industry and the wider community.

“My heartfelt condolences go to his family, friends and colleagues in the media fraternity. May God grant them strength and comfort during this difficult time,” Mutua stated.

He concluded his message by paying tribute to the deceased, saying, “Rest well, Kitavi. May your soul rest in eternal peace.”
