Mining Cabinet Secretary Hassan Joho Celebrates Massive Turnout at ODM’s Mwezi wa Baba Mega Rally

Mining Cabinet Secretary Hassan Joho has thanked Nairobi residents for turning out in large numbers at Jacaranda Grounds for the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) mega rally marking the end of Mwezi wa Baba activities.

In a statement shared on his official X account, Joho described the rally as historic, saying the massive turnout demonstrated ODM’s continued strength, unity and commitment to the ideals of its late leader, Raila Odinga.

He said the attendance was a clear indication that Raila’s legacy remained firmly rooted in the hearts of his supporters despite his death.

Joho also maintained that the former Prime Minister’s vision of a just, democratic and prosperous Kenya continued to inspire generations.

“The overwhelming turnout was a powerful statement of the enduring spirit of the Orange Democratic Movement, its strength, unity and unwavering commitment to the ideals and principles championed by our departed leader, Baba,” Joho stated.

He further described the rally as an affirmation that Raila’s political legacy remained alive among ODM supporters.
