When Tinubu Said Nigeria Won’t Go Back To Egypt It Shows Under Him, Nigeria Is In Wilderness-Okonkwo

A report that was published on the official X account of Daily Post on Monday, October 26, 2026 has captured the moment the spokeperson of the Atiku Presidential Campaign Council, Kenneth Okonkwo was criticizing President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

This came after the President stated that Nigeria will never return to Egypt. In the report that surfaced online, Kenneth Okonkwo said the statement of the President has shown that Nigeria is currently in the wilderness.

He said that the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has borrowed Nigeria into slavery. Kenneth Okonkwo stated that the current situation of Nigerians is worse than being in Egypt.

According to Kenneth Okonkwo on his official X account;

“When Tinubu says Nigeria will not go back to Egypt, it shows that under him, Nigeria is in the wilderness and is closer to Egypt than to the promised land.

“Tinubu has made us a beggarly nation, a hungry and insecure nation without food or water”.
