His comments come amid reports suggesting that he is heartbroken over the alleged divorce, claims he has strongly refuted.

Speaking before his congregation, Angel Obinim questioned why he would be heartbroken over the end of a marriage that had lasted 22 years.

“You people don’t know what a broken heart is. Am I going to get a broken heart over something I have used for 22 years?” he asked.

The controversial preacher further insisted that he was the one who left the marriage, arguing that his decision to move out of their matrimonial home contradicted claims that Florence had left him.

“Can’t you see that I was the one who left the marriage? I was the one who left our marital home, but Florence was still in my home,” he stated.
