87′ This is probably the end of the match. Fabian Ruiz makes it 4-2 for PSG in Paris while Barcelona are pushing forward in search of an equaliser! Achraf Hakimi delivers a perfect assist, and Ruiz makes no mistake in front of Joan Garcia.
81′ It’s 3-2 for PSG! What a night at the Parc des Princes! Vitinha fires the French champions back in front with an absolute rocket from outside the box. What a strike! What on earth is going on in Paris??
78′ Who else, if not him? Lamine Yamal had to be in the scoresheet as the Spanish winger scored the 2-2, also helped by the defensive mistake made but wait!!!!
75′ Scott McTominay is back in business! The Scottish midfielder bags his second goal of the night with a brilliant header at the Maradona, putting Napoli back in front against the Norwegian side. The Azzurri regain the lead after a challenging second half in Naples.
72′ Lucas Hernandez put the home side 2-1 ahead with a superb header from a corner delivered by Desire Doue. The French defender gets his name on the scoresheet for the third time in his Champions League career.
Bad news coming out of Paris, as Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has been forced off with what appears to be a knee injury. It doesn’t look good at all, and there will be serious concerns over the extent of the injury.
Things are moving fast! Liverpool completed their comeback against Villarreal with Alexis Mac Allister scoring his second goal of the night, before Florian Wirtz scored another one and made it 4-2. Meanwhile, Napoli have conceded again against Bodø/Glimt, with Helmersen making it 2-2 at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona!
Three more goals followed in the opening stages of the second half: Donyell Malen converted a penalty to make it four for his side against Slovan, while Rayan Cherki scored Manchester City’s third against Bodø/Glimt and Guus Til opened the scoring for PSV away at Porto.
55′ Barcelona scored the 1-1 with Xavi Espart, who was able to convert a nice attacking transition and assist by Fermin Lopez. We were expecting this to happen and what a night for Espart, who scored his first Champions League goal at the Parc de Princes against PSG!
52′ This is surprising: AEK scored the first goal and they are now down only 2-1 against Manchester City thanks to the goal scored by Stavros Pilios. Enzo Maresca’s side wasted many chances to score the third one.
53′ It’s 3-0 to the Giallorossi! Nicolò Pisilli gets his name on the scoresheet with Roma’s third goal of the night at the Stadio Olimpico. It’s a particularly special moment for the young midfielder, who is wearing the captain’s armband following Lorenzo Pellegrini’s departure from the pitch.
46′ The second part of the games have started across Europe and we immediately have the first goal with Julian Alvarez scoring for Atletico Madrid making it 1-1 for the Spanish team against Stuttgart. Game on.
Let’s take a look at the opening goal scored in Paris where PSG are winning 1-0 against Barcelona thanks to the goal scored in the first half by Desire Doue.
45′ It’s 2-2 at half-time between Liverpool and Villarreal! Ronald Araújo restores parity for the Reds, capitalising on another costly defensive error from the Spanish side. Both teams have had their moments, and with four goals already on the board, we’re certainly in for an entertaining second half!
41′ It’s 2-1 for Napoli with the first goal of the season scored by Scott McTominay, and finally a nice play by the Azzurri with the assist of Kevin de Bruyne. Napoli are back leading the game.
39′ PSG take the lead! Desire Doue fires a superb strike from outside the box to make it 1-0, capitalising on an unusual mistake from Lamine Yamal to win back possession. The hosts have been threatening throughout and finally get the breakthrough they deserve.
39′ Nahuel Molina doubles the lead at the Stadio Olimpico, reacting quickest to the rebound from Donyell Malen’s effort to make it 2-0 in Rome. The former Atlético Madrid man gets his name on the scoresheet to put the Giallorossi firmly in control.
An eventful minute of Champions League action, with three goals across two matches! Phil Foden doubled Manchester City’s lead at the Etihad, before Alexis Mac Allister’s header pulled one back for the Reds to make it 2-1. Meanwhile, Stuttgart took the lead against Atletico Madrid, with Jamie Leweling opening the scoring. This is what we like!
27′ Jens Petter Hauge brings it back to 1-1 at the Maradona, silencing the home crowd after Napoli’s promising start. It’s a special venue for the former AC Milan player, who also scored his first-ever Serie A goal against Napoli.
29′ Another big mistake by the Liverpool defensive line and Villarreal scored the second goal of the game at Anfield with Sergi Cardona. It’s 2-0 for the guests!
20′ Ousmane Dembele’s night is over after the former Barcelona forward appeared to suffer a muscular injury. He is replaced by Ferran Torres, who made the move from Barcelona to PSG in the summer.
22′ The Giallorossi take the lead at the Stadio Olimpico, with Mario Hermoso reacting quickest to sneak the ball into the net after Marten de Roon’s touch.
Barcelona are playing with the orange kit of the 2025-2026 season against PSG at the Parc de Princes after UEFA denied them the possibility to play with their kits of the current season. The situation presents a rare case for a club with three kits at its disposal: having none deemed suitable for a particular fixture due to the colour combinations of PSG’s kit. Barcelona were left without an approved option from their current kit range and had to choose their emergency kit of the season, the third kit of the past campaign.
13′ We also have the opening goal of the night at the Etihad Stadium, where Elliot Anderson put Manchester City ahead with a rebound following Enzo Fernández’s free kick.
5′ Huge mistake by Virgil van Dijk and Georges Mikautadze is ready to convert and score the opening goal at Anfield: Not a good start for Liverpool…
4′ Kvicha Kvaratskhelia had a big chance to score the opening goal at the Parc de Princes but he hit the post on the right of Joan Garcia. Good start for the home team!
