National Treasury seeks Kenyans’ views on proposed tender rules

The CS John Mbadi-led National Treasury has invited Kenyans to share their views on proposed changes to tender rules, seeking to expand government contracting opportunities for youth, women, persons with disabilities and small businesses.In a notice published through MyGov on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, the Treasury announced a public participation exercise on the draft Development of Preferences and Reservations in Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Framework.
