Lloyds Bank sets out details of ‘end of an era’ changes to customer accounts

There is an important October deadline that customers need to comply withLloyds Bank has spoken out after a customer raised a concern about a major change to it services. The account holder contacted the bank over social media to say they had “never been more sad”.
