Ferdinand Waititu, Wife Susan Wangari Face Fresh Legal Setback in Corruption Case

The Milimani Anti-Corruption High Court has cancelled the bond terms granted to former Kiambu Governor Ferdinand Waititu and co-convict Luka Mwangi Wahinya in a Ksh588,749,000 corruption case, ordering their immediate remand.Delivering judgment on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, High Court Judge Rose Ougo ordered Waititu and Wahinya remanded at Nairobi Remand Prison after upholding their convictions by the Milimani Anti-Corruption Chief Magistrate’s Court.
