Preliminary hearing waived for former Albertville police officer, case heading to grand jury

ALBERTVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — A former Albertville police officer, who is facing charges of misusing license plate readers to track his ex-wife, has waived his preliminary hearing.According to court documents, the hearing for former Albertville Police Department officer Jeremy Hannah had been set for Oct. 21; however, he filed a motion to waive it.
