Deranged dad stabbed pregnant wife, then ran her over with their car to make sure she was dead: cops

A deranged Arizona dad allegedly beat and stabbed his pregnant wife in their kids’ bedroom — then dragged her to the garage where he ran over her with their car to make sure she was dead, according to cops.

Joseph Clark, 49, was busted as he walked out of his family’s home in Vail on Friday after he called cops to report having killed his 39-year-old wife, Noelle Clark, who was in her second or third semester with their third child, according to charging documents obtained by KOLD.

They found Noelle’s body wrapped in a blanket in the garage, with the couple’s two kids — ages 2 and 5 — unharmed on the stairs inside the home.

Joseph Clark is accused of murdering his pregnant wife. Pima County Her husband allegedly started beating her while they were in their kids’ bedroom — with whip marks on her body matching a belt found in the room, the court docs said.

During the beating, he then stabbed his wife in the chest, with the knife found along with a pool of blood in the children’s room.

Not done, he then dragged her body through the home into the garage and ran her over with a vehicle, cops said, noting tire marks on Noelle’s arms and bloody tire prints on the garage floor.

Once in custody, Joseph Clark wildly claimed that his wife had been torturing him.

He alleged he had been “tortured, shocked over a couple of years” by his wife to the point that all his teeth had “popped out from being zapped”  — although there was no sign of obvious injuries, police said.

Police allege Clark also had plans to dispose of his wife’s body after he killed her based on evidence at the scene.

Noelle Clark’s body was found with tire marks on her arms in the garage. KOLD 13 News Clark is charged with two counts of second-degree murder.

His bond was set at $1 million, jail records show.
