Lucian Piane, who was best known for his work on RuPaul’s Drag Race, has died at 46 after being hit by a car.

According to the Los Angeles Medical Examiner, Piane died on Monday with his place of death listed as on the street.

The talented American composer was hit by a car in Glendale early Monday morning and ultimately succumbed to his injuries according to law enforcement sources for TMZ.

The Glendale Fire Department told the site that crews had worked on him and ultimately pronounced him dead on the scene after some time.

Piane had concerned fans with his recent social media activity as he posted several self-taken videos of himself rambling.

Many of his followers asked if he was okay to no reply as he appeared to be spending much of his time on the street.

Piane, also known as RevoLucian, served as a judge, producer, and songwriter who worked on multiple seasons of RuPaul’s Drag Race.

Piane also achieved internet fame under the aforementioned name of RevoLucian for his satirical techno remixes.

His most famous contribution to internet culture was when he released the track Bale out which featured infamous profanity-laced tirades from actor Christian Bale recorded on the set of 2009 film Terminator Salvation.

Piane has also faced trouble with the law and on social media as he was arrested at gunpoint in Los Angeles after refusing to leave a Chase bank in August 2019.

Before that he had already been arrested two other times that same month for felony vandalism and trespassing.

Around the same time his Twitter (now X) was suspended after a series of bizarre tweets, calling people ‘racist f*****ts’ and asking if it was okay to ‘call Beyonce the N-word’.

Piane also came under fire in 2017 for hitting out at RuPaul’s Drag Race, after he said it was ‘bastardized drag’.

He took to social media to embark on a bizarre rant aimed at the show and claimed RuPaul ‘only cares about money’.

This outburst followed a previous incident in late 2016, which saw him make anti-Semitic and racial remarks online.

Piane took to Twitter to say ‘If Jews stopped the Holocaust victim s**t we would all get along’. He also referred to RuPaul as the ‘wisest n****r’.

He later apologized for both, blaming his behavior on drugs.

Piane said the outbursts were down to psychosis, induced by eating too much marijuana, which he claims he was using to treat an undiagnosed medical issue.
