Govt allocates Rs 2 crore for Chamarajanagar Dasara

Mysuru: Finally, the state govt has given consent to celebrate Chamarajanagar Dasara celebrations, which will be held from Oct 17 to 19. It has released Rs 2 crore for the celebrations. As part of the festivities, the district celebration committee has decided to introduce helicopter joyrides to ecotourism spots like Bandipur, MM Hills and BRT Tiger Reserve to enjoy the aerial view of other scenic spots, and other aerial tours.
