Two brothers have described how they battled "chaotic weather" to row across Loch Ness as part of a challenge.
Joshua Le Lere, 29, and Adam Le Lere, 24, from Jersey, finished third in the Monster the Loch challenge in Scotland last month.
They rowed the full 22.7 miles (36.5km) of Loch Ness in 58 minutes and 13 seconds.
As they confronted "all four seasons in a day", Joshua said: "We just held on. We just kept going, kept pushing."
The race opened with the performance from a bagpipe player.
Adam said: "As he started playing the rain started coming down… we were like, 'Wow, this is just incredible, we're in a film'."

Joshua said told his brother to "dig in" as the "chaotic weather got worse and worse".
As they got closer to their unexpected podium finish, Adam said: "No-one was looking out for us because they were like, 'It's only the third boat in, that can't be them'.
"There was no thought in our minds that we'd come in that high."
