Third-year KNUST student dies after diving into university swimming pool

The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) is mourning the death of a third-year Chemical Engineering student, David Osei Agyapong, following an incident at the university’s swimming pool.The incident occurred at about 5:10 p.m. on Saturday, November 7, when Agyapong reportedly entered the water from one of the pool’s upper diving boards but failed to resurface.
