New R390 million mall coming to major South African city

Ntuzuma Junction is set to bring formal retail to a large township in eThekwini, KwaZulu-Natal, in March 2027.The project is being developed by JSE-listed Exemplar Retail and AJ Property Holdings.The centre will be anchored by Boxer and Shoprite, and will have a gross lettable area of approximately 19,000 sqm.
