Hearts of Oak will look to return to winning ways when they host Heart of Lions in a Ghana Premier League match-week 10 encounter at the University of Ghana Stadium on Sunday, November 8.

Hearts of Oak head into the fixture after suffering a painful 1-0 defeat away to newly promoted Debibi United in their previous outing.

The result halted the ‘Phobians’ impressive run and denied them the opportunity to move to the top of the league table after leaders Medeama dropped points.

Hearts of Oak have now slipped to third place with 17 points and will be eager to make amends in front of their home supporters.

However, they face a Heart of Lions side that will also be looking to build on a recent victory.

The ‘Dzie Woa Nu’ returned to winning ways with a 2-1 home victory over Bechem United, with Stephen Afoakwah and William Oduro scoring in either half.

The result moved the Giant Killers to 14th place with 11 points as they seek to climb further up the standings.

Heart of Lions assistant coach Daniel Nii Adjei has indicated that his side have no injury or suspension concerns ahead of the trip and are expected to have a full squad available.
