According to a campaign poster released by the leaders’, the event will begin at 10:00 am, with two scheduled venues: Narumoru Catholic Church and Nanyuki Town.

The rally comes amid growing political engagements between the three leaders as opposition parties explore ways of working together ahead of the August 2027 General Election.

On October 21 Karua, Matiang’i and Nyoro held a similar joint political engagement in Njoro, Nakuru County, where they called for a united opposition and support for a single presidential candidate in the 2027 elections.

The three leaders also appeared together during political rallies in Limuru and Wangige, Kiambu County, on November 5, where they called for mutual respect among opposition leaders and warned against internal divisions.

Karua maintained that opposition unity would require leaders to respect one another, while Matiang’i urged supporters to mobilise voters and protect their ballots.

Nyoro, on his part, called for a united political front capable of seeking support across the country.

Elsewhere, Linda Mwananchi Movement (LMM) has claimed that President William Ruto is responsible for the attack on Wiper Leader Kalonzo Musyoka’s convoy in Migori County on Thursday, November 5.

In a statement, Head of Communications Pauline Njoroge accused Ruto and his stooges of sponsoring violence to create a perception that the Nyanza Region fully supports the Broad-based government.

Njoroge stated that painting such a picture was necessary so that the President and his political partners can rig elections in the region in the 2027 General Election.

“Ruto and his stooges in the broad-based regime now seek to carve out a political enclave in the Nyanza region, for purposes of conducting electoral theft,” she wrote.

Njoroge accused the President of trying to undermine the people’s quest for liberation from his administration, a mission bound to fail.

“These current attempts, manifestly clear in the rising goon culture, kidnappings, and the actions of rogue elements in the police service, will not deter Kenyans, now standing firmly on the cusp of the third liberation, from achieving the long-held dream of a new constitutional order and a new leadership that bears true allegiance to our constitution and the rule of law,” she added.

Njoroge condemned what she described as an unending attempt to paint the people of Nyanza as intolerant and unwelcoming, using goons allegedly funded by the state,

She further demanded that all those responsible for the attack be arrested and arraigned in court.
