Oluga’s appearance at the wedding also revived interest in his wife’s public appearances. During the Health PS’s Thanksgiving ceremony in Rarieda, she previously impressed guests with a heartfelt speech, expressing gratitude to President Ruto and local residents.

The Thanksgiving event was attended by the Head of State, who pledged KSh520 million towards water and education projects in the area.
