“Made in Ghana said Stonebwoy has a leg problem but mocked his walk” – Carter Efe reveals

Nigerian streamer and comedian Carter Efe has sparked conversations among entertainment fans after revealing an alleged conversation in which Ghanaian content creator Made in Ghana reportedly made unkind remarks about dancehall star Stonebwoy’s physical condition.

According to Carter Efe, Made in Ghana allegedly spoke negatively about Stonebwoy during their interaction, claiming that the musician had a problem with his leg while also mocking the way he walks.

Carter Efe’s revelation has attracted attention because Stonebwoy’s walking style is linked to a serious accident he suffered when he was 14 years old. The incident left his right leg severely injured and affected his mobility for several years.

The award-winning musician underwent knee surgery in Germany in 2016 after living with the condition for approximately 13 years. He subsequently underwent physiotherapy as part of his recovery.

Stonebwoy has previously spoken openly about the challenges he faced following the accident, including the insults and jokes directed at him because of his physical condition.

In an interview with BBC Africa in 2026, the musician acknowledged that some of his opponents had repeatedly used his impairment against him. However, he maintained that such comments did not discourage him, adding that his experiences had helped shape his strength and resilience.

Carter Efe’s disclosure has therefore reignited discussions about disability, respect and the treatment of public figures who live with physical impairments.

The revelation comes amid the Nigerian entertainer’s visit to Ghana, during which he has been meeting prominent personalities in the country’s entertainment industry, including Shatta Wale.

While Carter Efe has attributed the remarks to Made in Ghana, the allegations have not been independently verified, and Made in Ghana’s response was not included in the available report.
